I’m back to working out now that life has calmed down a bit. I think I’m going to try to get stronger (big and muscley like a football player. Big arms, big chest, big legs.) We will see how well that goes. If anyone has tips on things that would help facilitate this change, feel free to let me know. Most of the stuff I know about working out I picked up from the different martial arts I’ve studied, yoga, and trial and error, so any help or ideas I can get would be welcomed and appreciated. The boyfriend is giving me some info to work with, but more is always better.
